12-5-9: OFFICERS; ORGANIZATION:
The commissioners must choose annually a vice chairperson to serve a term of one year. The chairperson must appoint a secretary, who need not be a commissioner. The commission must fill a vacancy among its officers for the remainder of the officer's unexpired term. (Ord. 51-14, 8-4-2014)
