12-5-2: PURPOSE:

The purpose of the commission is to make recommendations to the Dubuque County board of supervisors if there is an airport hazard that endangers the lives and property of users of the Dubuque Regional Airport and the occupants of the land and other persons in its vicinity, or if a hazard impairs the utility of the airport.
