11-3A-1: FRANCHISE FEES FOR CABLE AND/OR VIDEO SERVICES:
Any provider of cable television and/or video services in the city shall remit to the city a franchise fee or fee(s) as provided under Iowa Code Section 477A.7, in the sum of five percent (5%) of gross revenues. (Ord. 5-22, 1-18-2022)
