All grantees will reimburse the city for its internal and out of pocket costs, including, but not limited to, attorney and consultant fees actually and reasonably incurred by the city in connection with an application for an initial franchise under this chapter as determined by the city after it takes action on the application. Any application fee submitted with the application will be credited against this amount. The applicant will remit to the city payment for such costs within thirty (30) days of its receipt of the city's invoice. (Ord. 29-05, 5-2-2005)
