The C-2A district is intended to provide locations for small mixed use and commercial developments that are separated by at least one-fourth (1/4) mile, and contain less than two (2) acres in total developed area that serve one or more neighborhoods. The C-2A district is intended to be compatible with and serve surrounding residential areas by providing the goods and services for daily living.
