§ 152.072 MAINTENANCE OF CENTER ISLANDS.
   Whenever possible, a note shall be placed on the final plat requiring that the homeowners' association of the subdivision shall maintain any unpaved, landscaped center islands of cul-de-sac streets in accordance with standards as promulgated by the Municipal Engineer.
