(A) This section is not applicable to PUD zoned areas.
(B) Entrance gates, posts, columns, walls, fences or similar structures designed to indicate entrances to subdivisions or parts thereof, and signs designating the subdivision or development, will be permissible either on public or private property, provided both the Planning and Zoning Commission and Council determine such structures to be desirable. In no case shall such approval be given unless provision is made, satisfactory to Council, for proper location and maintenance of such structures.
