A. Offense: It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter and, upon conviction of such violation, shall be punished accordingly. Provided, that each act which is an offense or the continuance of any prohibited condition, from day to day, shall for each act and each day's continuance of the prohibited conditions respectively be a separate offense. B. Penalty Imposed: It shall be unlawful for any person to use any of such recreational facilities owned or operated by the City without having complied with the rules and regulations set out herein as have been promulgated by the City Commission in connection therewith; and anyone violating any of the rules and regulations, or failing to comply with such, shall be guilty of an offense and, on conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
