Any person adjudged guilty of the violation of any provisions of the revised ordinances or code, and where the penalty is not specifically fixed for that offense, shall, upon conviction, be fined in any amount not exceeding the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus costs as provided in title 11 Oklahoma Statutes annotated section 27-126 or any amendment thereto or imprisonment not exceeding sixty (60) days or both the fine and imprisonment. Whenever necessary for the proper enforcement of any chapter, article, section or subsection, each day's violation of any of the terms or conditions thereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
