4-1-5: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this chapter, by doing an act prohibited or declared to be unlawful thereby, or declared to be an offense or misdemeanor or nuisance thereby, or who shall fail to do any act when such provision declares such failure to be unlawful or to be an offense or misdemeanor, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day upon which any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (1980 Code § 11-34; amd. 2002 Code)
