16-1-160: RESOLUTION:

A.   The City Council shall by resolution set the amount of the following:

1.   The base rate service charge;

2.   Service charges other than the base rate;

3.   Connection fees;

4.   Water service deposits (as described in subsection 16-1-140B and section 16-1-210 of this chapter);

5.   Fee for use of water from hydrants pursuant to section 16-1-380 of this chapter.

6.   Fee for the temporary use of a device to bypass a water meter or connection pursuant to section 16-1-380 of this chapter.

B.   The City Council shall also determine the duration of the billing period and may change the amounts of the charges or the duration of the billing period from time to time. (Ord. 1352, 9-18-2018)
