§ 132.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99.

   (B)   Violation of §§ 132.25, 132.26 and 132.27 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $25.

   (C)   Violation of §§ 132.02 and 132.08 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.

   (D)   (1)   Any person who violates §§ 132.40 through 132.49 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $250. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.

      (2)   At the discretion of the Municipal Judge, any individual cited under §§ 132.40 through 132.49 that can show meaningful engagement with social services may have the fine reduced or removed.
