§ 132.08 CUTTING OR REMOVING PLANTS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   No person shall cut or remove trees, shrubbery, flowers or grass from a public park, public ways or other city property, and no tree shall be removed from streets, or other city property except upon permission from the City Administrator or his or her designate.
