§ 132.26 DEPOSITING MATERIALS IN STREETS.
   No person shall throw, place, deposit, scatter or drop gravel, rubbish, earth, asphalt or lumber on a paved street or alley unless deposited in one pile for immediate use; provided, that no such materials shall obstruct the flow of water through a ditch, drain or gutter. A person violating this section shall remove all such materials from the pavement, and, in case of failure to do so on demand from the City Administrator or his or her designate, the city may clean the paved street of such materials and charge expense to said person.
