§ 132.40 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CAMP or CAMPING. To pitch, erect, create, use or occupy camp facilities for the purpose of habitation, as evidenced by the use of camp materials.
   CAMP FACILITIES. A location upon city property where camping materials are placed.
   CAMP MATERIALS. Includes, but is not limited to, tarpaulins, cots, beds, sleeping bags, blankets, mattresses, hammocks or outdoor cooking devices or utensils and similar equipment.
   CAMPSITE. Any place where one or more persons have established temporary sleeping accommodations by use of camp facilities and/or camp paraphernalia.
   CIVIC CENTER. Any property or land located at 205 West A Avenue, Drain, Oregon 97435.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. As defined in O.R.S. 801.360.
   PARK AREAS. The parks and recreation facilities identified in the city’s Parks and Recreations Master Plan.
   PARKING LOT. A developed location that is designated for parking motor vehicles, whether developed with asphalt, concrete, gravel or other material.
   PERSONAL PROPERTY. Any item that is reasonably recognizable as belonging to a person and that has apparent value or utility.
   PUBLIC PROPERTY. Public lands, premises and buildings, including, but not limited to, any building used in connection with the transaction of public business or any lands, premises or buildings owned or leased by the state or any political subdivision therein and includes public rights-of-way. PUBLIC PROPERTY may not be open to the public.
   PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY. The area between boundary lines of a public street or other public easement that is reserved, used or to be used for public streets, alley, pathway or other public purpose.
   RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. As defined in O.R.S. 174.101.
   SOLID WASTE. Any garbage, trash, debris, yard waste, food waste or other discarded materials.
   STORE or STORAGE. To put aside or accumulate for use when needed, to put for safekeeping, to place or leave in a location.
