§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   In addition to all other remedies of the city, any person violating any of the terms and provisions of §§ 51.01 through 51.10 or failing to pay any sums due pursuant to the terms, shall be subject to the fines, citations, and enforcement procedures as set forth in Chapter 11 of this code of ordinances.
   (C)   Any person or entity violating a provision of §§ 51.45 through 51.47 shall be subject to conviction of an infraction and shall be subject to the following penalties:
      (1)   First offense (no prior offense of §§ 51.45 through 51.47 within the preceding 180 days): written warning;
      (2)   Second offense (fine only) (one prior offense within the preceding 180 days): $200; and
      (3)   Third or more offense (two or more prior offenses within the preceding 180 days): $500.
   (D)   In addition, water service to the meter from which the water for the third offense was obtained shall be terminated for ten consecutive days as set forth in § 51.47.
   (E)   Each day that a violation of §§ 51.45 through 51.47 is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate infraction.
