Upon conviction of a third offense, water service to the water meter from which the water for the third offense was obtained shall be terminated for a period of ten days. Notice of termination of water service shall be given in the manner required for termination of water service pursuant to §§ 51.01 through 51.10 of this chapter. In addition to any fine, there shall be imposed connect-disconnect fees in the same amount as for disconnection/connection for nonpayment of water service charges.
