931.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates Section 931.01 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and a fourth degree misdemeanor upon any subsequent offense.

(b) Whoever violates Sections 931.02, 931.03, 931.04, 931.05 or 931.06 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
