(a) Motor vehicle is defined in this section as any vehicle propelled or drawn by power other than and entirely by muscular power.
(b) No motor vehicle shall be driven or parked on the property of the City reservoir (unless on a proper driveway or parking area), except as provided in the following subdivisions:
(1) Authorized city vehicles while performing official functions; and
(2) Motorized wheelchairs or other similar items used for the assistance of handicapped persons.
