(a) The Safety-Service Director shall cause to be erected appropriate signs advising of the provision of Section 931.04 on the banks of the entrance of the reservoir and the provision of Section 931.05 at the reservoir.
(b) No person shall erect, construct, post, maintain or display signs of any character or nature except parking, picnic and other signs authorized by the City.
