1327.03 ELECTRICAL PERMITS.

No electrical wiring shall be installed in the City except as prescribed in this Building Code without first obtaining a permit to do so from the Electrical Inspector of the Department of Building and Zoning Inspection. Electrical permits shall be issued only to a holder of an electrical license or the bona fide owner of a single-family residence as permitted in Sections 1313.02 and 1311.08 .
