1313.02 LICENSES FOR ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS.

   (a)    Class A Electrical Contractors. A person, corporation or firm to which a Class A electrical contractor's license has been issued shall be entitled to engage in the business of and secure a permit for the installing, maintaining, altering or repairing within the City of any electrical wiring devices, appliances, systems, controls or equipment.

   (b)    Exemptions. Public service agencies, railway utilities, radio transmitting stations, etc., as exempted in Section 1311.01(c) of this Building Code shall not be required to be licensed or to pay license fees or be required to secure permits.
