1311.11 LICENSE FEES.
(a) Licensed contractors' fees shall be as follows:
(1) Contractors shall pay an initial license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each class of license registered.
(2) The annual renewal fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per year.
(3) Penalty renewal fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and shall be added to the annual renewal fee for a total fee due of seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
(b) Prior to issuance of registration or renewal, registrant shall submit to the Building Department an insurance policy showing insurance coverage as noted in Section 1319.03
(b) of the Codified Ordinances of the City.
