933.19 UNDERGROUND WIRING REQUIRED; EXCEPTIONS.

(a) A policy is hereby established in regard to a reasonable and conscientious program of underground construction of new electrical and communication services in new allotments, new construction or reconstruction areas.

(b) All wire-using utilities within the City shall be and they are hereby required to construct their wiring underground in all new allotments, new construction and reconstruction areas.

(c) The Board of Control is hereby authorized to grant waivers or modifications as may seem desirable and in the best interest of the City.
