933.17 CHARGES FOR STREET LIGHT SERVICE TO POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.
(a) The Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts for the furnishing of street lighting facilities outside the corporate limits where the electric service is presently being provided by the Cuyahoga Falls Electric System.
(b) The contract or contracts shall be for a minimum of one year and call for the following monthly rental rates:

(c) The above monthly rental charges shall be adjusted monthly according to the Power Cost Factor
(d) The Power Cost Factor, PCF, shall be determined monthly by dividing the monthly kilowatt-hour sales to ultimate consumers into the difference between the monthly charge for wholesale purchases and the product derived by multiplying kilowatt-hours purchased by 4.98 cents/KWH.
(e) The above monthly rental rates shall apply only to existing lights.
(f) Should a request for a new street light or lights be made then the entire cost of the installation shall be borne by the political subdivision requesting the lighting installation. (Ord. 180-1982. Passed 12-23-82.)
