933.15 AUTHORITY OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE.

The Director of Public Service is authorized and directed to prepare and put into effect, from time to time such general rules and regulations as he may deem necessary regarding customer's wiring and installations, and such other general rules as he may deem necessary to the proper conduct of the electric utility.

The Director of Public Service is authorized and directed to prepare suitable forms for applications for electric service not inconsistent with the rates schedules and other provisions established herein.
