929.04 CONNECTION TO STORM WATER SEWER SYSTEM.

   (a)   No person, corporation, organization or public agency shall connect to the storm water sewer system without first obtaining a permit from the City Engineer to do so. For such permit, a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) shall be paid to the City Engineer to be deposited by him with the Finance Director and to be credited to the General Fund.

   (b)   All work shall be performed in strict conformity with the current construction specifications and supplemental specifications of the City, and upon completion, such street or public way must be restored in accordance with those specifications and meeting the approval of the City Engineer. Copies of the current specifications as referred to in this section will be supplied upon request at the time of the issuance of such permit.
