565.01 ICE TO BE UNDISTURBED.
No person shall at any time carry away, remove from or cut, destroy or disfigure the ice upon the lake or other bodies of water in any of the parks or recreation areas of the City, but the same shall remain undisturbed for the pleasure and recreation of the people under proper and reasonable regulations as may be prescribed by the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation.

565.02 OFFENSIVE MATTER IN WATER.
No person shall at any time throw, deposit or empty into the waters of any lake or other body of water in any of the parks or recreation areas of the City, or anywhere else within the limits of the parks, or of either thereof, or cause or permit the same to be done, any kind of foul, offensive, filthy, poisonous or unhealthy matter, substance or thing, or any dead animal, or carcass, or any other matter, substance or thing which will taint, corrupt, pollute, or render impure the waters of any lake or other body of water in any of the parks.
