565.05 DUTY OF POLICE.
It is hereby made the duty of any police officer to enforce each and all of the provisions of the foregoing sections.
No person shall prevent, delay or interfere with any employee of the Park and Recreation Board in the performance of his duties of conducting activities or in the planting, pruning, cultivating, spraying or removal of any tree, shrub or plant which is now or may hereafter be growing in any park or recreation area in the City.
