The police department of the city of Cut Bank, Montana, shall be under, subject to and within the provisions of the municipal police officers' retirement system (statewide plan) laws of the state of Montana, as set forth in Montana Code Annotated sections 19-9-101 through 19-9-1102, inclusive, and all amendments thereto. The said police department retirement system shall be managed, conducted, governed and controlled as in said state law and this section. (Ord. 2007-02, 9-10-2007, eff. 9-30-2007)
