GENERAL PROVISIONS
This code is authorized by M.S. § 415.021, as it may be amended from time to time. This code represents a codification of all current ordinances of the city, now in effect, except as set out in §§ 10.005 to 10.010. The purpose of the code is to organize in one location the current ordinances of the city.
