§ 10.010 SEVERABILITY.
   It is declared to be the intention of the City Council that the chapters, sections, divisions, and sentences of this code are severable; and if any chapters, sections, divisions, and sentences of this code shall be declared unconstitutional, invalid, or unenforceable, such unconstitutionality, invalidity, or unenforceability shall not affect any of the remaining chapters, sections, divisions, and sentences of this code.
