§ 115.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person engaging in the businesses without first obtaining a license or registration therefor or in violation of §§ 115.01 through 115.07 or any ordinance or regulation shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   (1)   Report of violations. Any sewer builder or drain layer who shall be guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of §§ 115.20 through 115.24 or of §§ 50.40 through 50.51 shall be reported by the Village Board to the Professional Regulations Department of the State, and in addition thereto, for any act performed in violation hereof or of §§ 50.40 through 50.51, he or she may be punished as prescribed herein.

      (2)   Penalties. Any person violating the provisions of §§ 115.20 through 115.24 shall be fined not more than $750 and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
