(A) No firm, association or partnership shall engage in business as sewer builders or drain layers or represent themselves as such or as plumbers unless at least one active member or partner thereof, continually engaged in the conduct, supervision or performance of the firm, association or partnership business, shall be a master plumber. The master plumber shall exhibit his or her license before being permitted to work as such in the village.
(B) All licensed master plumbers shall be held responsible for all acts of their agents or employees done under or by virtue of the license required by this subchapter.
