For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SEWER BUILDER or DRAIN LAYER. Included in the term PLUMBER, as defined in the act of the legislature entitled, “An Act in Relation to the Regulation of Plumbing and Licensing of Master Plumbers, Journeyman Plumbers and Registration of Plumber’s Apprentices”, being ILCS Ch. 25, Act 320, §§ 1 et seq. and for the protection of public health and repeal of a certain Act therein named, filed 6-17-1935, and is so included herein.
