(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 113.01 through 113.09 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(C) Any person violating any provision of §§ 113.25 and 113.26 shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(D) Any person violating any provision of §§ 113.25 through 113.29 shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
