§ 113.29 MANNER OF SOLICITING DONATIONS.
   Persons soliciting monetary or other types of donations pursuant to a roadway donation solicitation permit shall:
   (A)   Remain on a raised median or sidewalk while traffic is not fully stopped by a traffic light or other traffic control device.
   (B)   Wear articles of clothing with reflective materials sufficient to make themselves clearly identifiable to passing motorists;
   (C)   Wear or display identification sufficient to alert motorists as to the identity of the permittee;
   (D)   Not inhibit the flow of traffic or impede any motor vehicles traveling on any street in the village;
   (E)   Not permit any person under the age of 16 years of age to engage in the activities permitted pursuant to roadway donation solicitation permits.
