141.09 ASSISTANT CHIEF.

(a) There is hereby created the position of Assistant Fire Chief in the Fire Department who shall have such duties as are assigned by the Fire Chief and the Mayor.

(b) The position shall be compensated at the same rate as the Fire Chief.
