§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty has been provided shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $500.
   (B)   Whoever violates §§ 71.01, 71.02, 71.04 through 71.08, 71.11, 71.12, 71.30 through 71.33, 71.60, 71.64 or 71.65 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $500, or imprisoned not more than 120 days in the county jail, or both so fined and imprisoned.
   (C)   Whoever violates §§ 71.09, 71.10, 71.15 through 71.17, 71.61 through 71.63, 71.66 or 71.68 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $20, nor more than $500, or imprisoned not more than 180 days in the county jail, or both so fined and imprisoned.
   (D)   Whoever violates § 71.13 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $30, nor more than $500, or imprisoned not more than 120 days in the county jail, or both so fined and imprisoned.
   (E)   Whoever violates § 71.45 of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty set forth in KRS 189.394.
   (F)   Whoever violates § 71.67 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $250, or imprisoned not more than 60 days in the county jail, or both so fined and imprisoned.
   (G)   Any person violating the provisions of § 71.69 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $15, nor more than $200. In addition, the city’s Police Department is hereby authorized to have towed any vehicles in violation of § 71.69 of this chapter.
