§ 71.11 EMERGING FROM ALLEY, DRIVEWAY OR BUILDING.
   (A)   The driver of a vehicle entering or emerging from an alley, driveway or building within an urban district shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian approaching on any sidewalk extending across such alley, driveway or building entrance.
   (B)   The driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway or building within an urban district shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or onto the sidewalk area extending across such alley, driveway or building entrance, or in the event there is no sidewalk area, shall stop at the point nearest the street to be entered where the driver has a view of approaching traffic thereon.
   (C)   The driver of any vehicle within an urban district, upon emerging from an alley, driveway or building, shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on the street to be entered.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle upon a sidewalk or sidewalk area within any urban district, except upon a permanent or duly authorized temporary driveway.
