It shall be unlawful for any person, whether licensed as a peddler or not, to demonstrate, sell or offer for sale from any vehicle upon any street or highway of the city within any business district, any good, wares or merchandise, except:
(A) As otherwise specifically authorized in the city’s code of ordinances; or
(B) At authorized market stands.
