§ 71.15 PARADE PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No procession or parade, excepting by the forces of the United States Army or Navy and the military forces of the state, shall occupy, march or proceed along any street, except in accordance with a permit issued by the Chief of Police and such other regulations set forth herein which may apply.
   (B)   In accordance with § 74.014, whenever in the judgement of the Chief of Police it is necessary, the Chief of Police may prohibit or restrict the parking of vehicles along a street, or part thereof, constituting the route or part of a route of a parade; erect temporary traffic signs to that effect; and prohibit and prevent such parking. It shall be a parking violation to park or leave unattended any vehicle in violation of such signs or directions.
