§ 115.01 GENERAL REGULATIONS.
   No person shall consume any alcoholic beverage or be in possession of any alcoholic beverage in an open container in any public park in the city, nor on any public street, roadway, alley or sidewalk within the city, nor in or adjacent to any public facility of the city, nor shall any person consume any alcoholic beverages or be in possession of any alcoholic beverage in an open container while in a vehicle parked on or in any public vehicle parking area, or in or adjacent to any public park or public facility of the city.

§ 115.02 PUBLIC PROPERTY UNDER CONTROL OF OTHER PUBLIC AUTHORITIES.
   Unless otherwise restricted by City Council, governmental agencies, public authorities, public commissions and public boards who have direct responsibility for the operation of specific parcels of public property, shall have the option to allow or disallow the consumption of alcoholic beverages or the possession of alcoholic beverages in an open container on the property which is within said agency, authority, commission or board jurisdiction to operate.
