§ 115.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person or persons violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 115.01 through 115.04 may, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be subjected to a fine not exceeding $300 for each offense and in default of payment thereof, imprisonment in the county jail for a term not in excess of 90 days.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 115.15 through 115.19 shall be subject to a fine of no less than $25 and no more than $100 after conviction thereof before any police magistrate or other magistrate in the city in a summary proceedings.
