§ 115.19 FALSE REPRESENTATION OF AGE.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years knowingly and falsely to represent himself or herself to be 21 years of age or older to any licensed dealer or other person for the purpose of securing or having furnished to him or her any intoxicating liquor.
