(A) (1) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 51.01 through 51.07, and the rules and regulations adopted hereunder by the Board of Commissioners as set forth in the minutes of a regular or special meeting of the Board of Commissioners concerning the municipal water system, which are incorporated herein, shall be subject to a civil penalty of $25, and furthermore a violation of §§ 51.01 through 51.07 shall be deemed a misdemeanor as provided by state law.
(2) No unauthorized person shall maliciously or willfully or intentionally or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of municipal water system. Any person violating the provisions of §§ 51.01 through 51.07 shall be subject to immediate arrest, and in addition that person shall be liable to reimburse the town for any damages resulting from those violations.
(B) Anyone violating provisions of § 51.08 shall be subject to a penalty of $50 in addition to being prosecuted for the violation. Each and every violation of § 51.08 shall constitute and be deemed a continuing offense and shall be subject to a penalty of $50, and continuing prosecution for the violation.
(C) Anyone violating provisions of § 51.09 shall be subject to a penalty of $50, in addition to being prosecuted for the violation. Each and every violation shall constitute and be deemed a continuing offense and shall be subject to a penalty of $50, and continuing prosecution for the violation.
