Every person, group of persons, firm or corporation, owning or occupying a dwelling, building or other structure connected to the municipal sanitary sewer system shall use only municipal water from the municipal water system in the use of the municipal sewer system and in discharging sewage from the structures into the municipal sanitary sewer system. It shall be illegal for any person, groups of persons, firm or corporation to use water from a private well or source other than the municipal water system in using the sewer system and discharging sewage in the municipal sewer system.
