959.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter sha ll be punished as fo llows:

   (a)    Anyone found violating Section 959.05 or 959.06 shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum fine of $1,000.00 and/or imprisonment for a maximum of six months.

   (b)   Anyone found violating Section 959.20(a) shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum fine of $250.00 and/or imprisonment for a maximum of thirty days.

   (c)    Anyone found violating any provision found in Sections 959.20(b)-(f) shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of $100.00 and each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. If the offender has previously been convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter, or any other similar code of the City, such violation shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
