§ 34.26 UNIFORMS, INSIGNIA AND EQUIPMENT TO BE PROPERTY OF CITY.
   Uniforms, badges and other equipment used by the police reserve shall be purchased by the city and shall be the property of the city. Upon separation from the police reserve, all members shall return the equipment to the officer of supply or Police Reserve Chief. Uniform cleaning will be authorized and regulated by the supply officer or the Police Reserve Chief.
