§ 1286.04 YARDS.
   (a)   The minimum front yard depth is 25 feet.
   (b)   The minimum rear yard depth is 25 feet.
   (c)   The minimum side yard width is 20 feet.
   (d)   The minimum side yard width and rear yard depth abutting a Residential District shall not be less than the yard required in such Residential District. The first ten feet abutting the side or rear property line shall be landscaped and maintained. The remaining space shall be open and not used for any storage other than the parking of vehicles.

§ 1286.05 BUILDING HEIGHT.
   The maximum building height in I-1 Districts is 65 feet.

§ 1286.06 SITE PLAN REVIEW.
   All industrial uses specified under § 1286.02 shall be permitted only after the review and approval of the site plans therefor by the Planning Commission and upon a finding by the Commission that this chapter and § 1260.32 will be complied with.

§ 1286.07 OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING.
   Off-street parking and loading shall be as regulated by Chapter 1292.
